Overview
BT-48 Pocket GPS Navigator is a GPS receiver featuring Bluetooth technology. Thanks to that cutting-edge technology, BT-48 offers you elegantly with GPS capabilities in the wireless manner, enabling you to receive GPS data on Bluetooth-enabled mobile handhelds, Pocket PC and Laptop with a range of 30 feet (10m) without using any wires at all.
Without the hassle of messy cords and antennas, BT-48 therefore allows you to place it wherever the optimal satellite reception is available. Keeping BT-48's face toward the sky, you can even place the gadget inside your pocket, on the dashboard or the windshield inside your vehicle. On the strength of Bluetooth, GPS application has never been so handy and convenient with BT-48!
With access to GPSS and GPS map software, BT-48 not only shows where you are in the real-time fashion with an accuracy of 15m RMS, but also allows you to plan and track your journey from one location to another via any in-vehicle navigation software.
Powered by just 3 AAA batteries, BT-48 can last for up to 7 hours of continuous GPS reception without extra power consumption from your Pocket PC. This design gives BT-48 an edge over its peers, which typically requires Li-ION Batteries -- expensive, inconvenient and hardly accessible to general users.
In regard to the size, BT-48 is the smallest bluetooth receiver currently available on the market, without any performance compromise. Coming up with its highly compact, sleek, effective, lightweight and waterproof design, BT-48 enables you to efficiently carry out typical positioning applications, such as vehicle tracking/navigation, location service, portable navigation, marine navigation and aviation.
